The goal is to push your body to its maximum effort during the high-intensity phases, followed by brief recovery periods before jumping back in. The rhythmic flow of the music keeps you motivated and helps set the perfect pace for the alternating intensity levels, making the workout both fun and effective. You’ll engage in strength exercises with light weights, plyometric moves, and functional movements during the high-energy phases, with rest periods designed to keep you going strong throughout. This class is suitable for all levels, and modifications will be provided.\nParticipation Policy: Complimentary for all members. To participate in these classes, registration through the Griffin Club Fitness App is mandatory. Failure to sign up in advance may result in the inability to attend.\n12-hour Cancellation Policy: Three late cancellations or no-shows within one month will lead to a 2-week suspension of your account, restricting class sign-ups.\nGuest Participation Policy: Guests are not permitted to participate in these classes.\nBooking Window: 7-day booking window.\nWaitlist Policy: In the event of a cancellation by an attendee on the “Attendee List,” the system will automatically notify individuals on the waitlist in the order they were added.
