Zooga Yoga Play

We invite you to join us on a YogaPlay®️ adventure where your child can enhance their coordination, confidence, mindfulness, and balance while exploring their imagination. Our classes are designed to be high energy and incorporate fun music. We teach yoga poses in a playful manner, allowing kids to learn through engaging activities. They will enjoy learning fun animal poses, playing focus and balance games, practicing breathing techniques, and exploring partner poses through storytelling and a theme of the day. All skill levels are welcome to participate in our classes. Yoga mat rentals are included.

We’ll be hosting a complimentary trial class on the Event Lawn on January 17th from 1:00–1:45 PM, giving families the perfect opportunity to experience the YogaPlay® program, meet the instructor, and see how fun and engaging the class is before committing. Children are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring their energy and imagination, and join us for a playful introduction to yoga in a welcoming outdoor setting.
