Class Description & Format: Learn the building blocks of effective strength training in this foundational class designed to teach proper technique, alignment, and form. You’ll be taken through a progression of various compound lifts—push and pull movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows—the essential exercises that build full-body strength and stability.
Each class will focus on one lower-body lift and one upper-body lift to support technique development and an increase in weight over time.
This class is ideal for beginners or anyone looking to reinforce the fundamentals and increase their performance in these lifts. Emphasis is placed on safe, effective movement patterns to help you gain confidence, avoid injury, and set the stage for long-term progress in the gym.
