Beginners and Advanced Beginner (Red ball – ages 4-6)  classes available Tuesday-Friday, 4 pm – 5 pm 1x per week $350 2x per week $675 Intermediate (Orange ball – ages 7-11) – players should be able to sustain a short rally, vary depth and direction of their shots, and are learning to serve overhand with a continental grip – classes available Tuesday through Friday, 5 pm to 6:30 pm Advanced Intermediate (Green ball – ages 9-12) – players should be able to sustain a longer rally, vary spin, depth, and direction of their shot, transition from the baseline to the net with success, and serve overhand, varying spin and placement – classes available Tuesday through Friday, 5 pm – 6:30 pm Advanced (Yellow ball) – Focuses on further development of all 5 ball controls (direction, height, depth, speed, spin) and all phases of movement. CORE PILATES TUESDAYS at 4:30pm Minimum of 12 Level 1 Sessions in the last 3 months required or approval from instructor. Level 2 classes move moderately faster because of the assumption that you already know most of the exercises and transitions and know how to perform them. For the most part, you are expected to manage your equipment and change your own springs if needed. Class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady class flow.
