FYI: For Pickleball play, a tennis court (Court 5) is divided into 4 Pickleball courts. This means there can be up to 16 individuals playing at a time, divided into 4 separate games. JUNIOR (AGES 8-11) STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS

Class Description: This class is designed to help young kids build confidence and body awareness. They will learn proper body mechanics, strength, agility, and balance. Strength training offers numerous benefits for children: Increases muscle strength. Helps protect muscles and joints from sports injuries. Improves performance in various sports. Teaches proper form. Strengthen bones. Improves blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Maintain a healthy weight. Boost self-esteem. Encourage overall physical activity. Note: Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable athletic clothing, and appropriate footwear for indoor and outdoor activities.
