Then, embark on an enriching journey into sound and mindfulness, guided by our expert practitioner. Through the gentle resonance of sound, you’ll cultivate deep self-awareness, relaxation, and a revitalized spirit. Let the power of sound, light, and nourishment renew your mind, body, and soul.

Limited mats will be provided. For your comfort, bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillows to create a cozy environment.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for all Club events. Please ensure that your reservation is accurate, as ticket charges will be based on the final headcount. To modify your reservation, log into your Member Account on the Griffin Club Los Angeles App, visit members.griffinclubla.com, or call 310.836.4400. Failure to cancel before March 18th, 2025, by 7 P.M. will result in full charges for reserved spots, regardless of attendance.
