Pilates Total Body Burn, a dynamic full-body workout that targets every muscle group while keeping your core engaged throughout each movement. In this class, you’ll move through a series of exercises designed to strengthen and tone each muscle group—legs, arms, back, and glutes—while continuously activating the core to enhance stability and overall strength.
Each sequence is carefully crafted to improve flexibility, build endurance, and sculpt lean muscles. Modifications will be provided for all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you can tailor the intensity to your needs.
New 2025 Class Pricing – Effective February 24th 2025
- Single Class: $55
• 5-Class Package: $250 ($50/class)
• 10-Class Package: $450 ($45/class)
12-Hour Cancellation Policy: If a class is canceled within 12 hours of the start time, the member will be charged the full class fee. If using a package, the session will count as completed.
1 Participant Policy: If only one person is signed up, the class will remain ongoing, and the client will be charged $80. If you use a package, the difference will be charged.
Class Cancellation Window: The class will remain open for sign-ups until 6 hours before start time. If no additional participants join, the class will be canceled at that time.
Billing: Your membership account will be billed for the classes attended at the end of every month.
