Fridays at 9:30AM HIIT Pilates focuses on large, global muscles while Pilates works mostly on the core, so when combined they work on both large and small muscle groups. This ensures a whole body focus. HIIT PIlates provides a quick and effective cardio workout, with light weights which is helpful for burning lots of calories, slowing down ageing and boosting the metabolism. SUMMER JUNIOR AFTERSCHOOL TENNIS SESSION

Looking to get your kids out on the courts? Register now for our Summer Junior Tennis session with classes for all ages and abilities.  Classes begin the week of June 1 and run for 8 weeks.  We keep a 6:1 ratio of kids to pros, so everyone gets plenty of attention whether they are just learning or wanting to get their game to the next level. All classes combine focused instruction as well as games and drills designed for kids to both enjoy the games and improve their skills.  Classes fill up quickly so register today! FYI: For Pickleball play, a tennis court (Court 5) is divided into 4 Pickleball courts. This means there can be up to 16 individuals playing at a time, divided into 4 separate games. It is a social game and we are looking forward to seeing our member come out to play! REMINDERS Bring your own paddle. No running shoes on the courts. Proper attire is required. FITNESS WITH JASON SATURDAYS at 8:00am This class is a form of exercise that alternates between short bursts of intense activity and periods of lower-intensity recovery or rest, all while moving to the beats of classic hip hop and R&B. The goal is to push your body to its maximum effort during the high-intensity phases, followed by brief recovery periods before jumping back in. The rhythmic flow of the music keeps you motivated and helps set the perfect pace for the alternating intensity levels, making the workout both fun and effective. You’ll engage in strength exercises with light weights, plyometric moves, and functional movements during the high-energy phases, with rest periods designed to keep you going strong throughout. PILATES TOTAL BODY BURN SATURDAYS at 10:00am Pilates Total Body Burn, a dynamic full-body workout that targets every muscle group while keeping your core engaged throughout each movement. In this class, you’ll move through a series of exercises designed to strengthen and tone each muscle group—legs, arms, back, and glutes—while continuously activating the core to enhance stability and overall strength. Each sequence is carefully crafted to improve flexibility, build endurance, and sculpt lean muscles. Modifications will be provided for all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you can tailor the intensity to your needs. New 2025 Class Pricing – Effective February 24th 2025 Single Class: $55 • 5-Class Package: $250 ($50/class) • 10-Class Package: $450 ($45/class) 12-Hour Cancellation Policy: If a class is canceled within 12 hours of the start time, the member will be charged the full class fee. If using a package, the session will count as completed. 1 Participant Policy: If only one person is signed up, the class will remain ongoing, and the client will be charged $80. If you use a package, the difference will be charged. Class Cancellation Window: The class will remain open for sign-ups until 6 hours before start time. If no additional participants join, the class will be canceled at that time. Billing: Your membership account will be billed for the classes attended at the end of every month.
