PILATES TOTAL BODY BURN SUNDAYS at 9:00am Pilates Total Body Burn, a dynamic full-body workout that targets every muscle group while keeping your core engaged throughout each movement. In this class, you’ll move through a series of exercises designed to strengthen and tone each muscle group—legs, arms, back, and glutes—while continuously activating the core to enhance stability and overall strength. Each sequence is carefully crafted to improve flexibility, build endurance, and sculpt lean muscles. Modifications will be provided for all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you can tailor the intensity to your needs. New 2025 Class Pricing – Effective February 24th 2025 Single Class: $55 • 5-Class Package: $250 ($50/class) • 10-Class Package: $450 ($45/class) 12-Hour Cancellation Policy: If a class is canceled within 12 hours of the start time, the member will be charged the full class fee. If using a package, the session will count as completed. 1 Participant Policy: If only one person is signed up, the class will remain ongoing, and the client will be charged $80. If you use a package, the difference will be charged. Class Cancellation Window: The class will remain open for sign-ups until 6 hours before start time. If no additional participants join, the class will be canceled at that time. Billing: Your membership account will be billed for the classes attended at the end of every month.

YOUTH (AGES 12-17) STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS Sundays @ 9am Join our dynamic and empowering Youth Strength & Conditioning Class designed specifically for teenagers looking to enhance their athletic performance, build strength, and improve overall fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or have previous fitness experience, this class will cater to all fitness levels. Class Description: Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Class offers a fun and supportive environment where participants will engage in a variety of exercises and activities that target different muscle groups and promote overall physical development. This class aims to build strength, increase endurance, and foster team building among participants. Class Highlights: 1. Strength Training in the Weight Room: Our dedicated weight room provides access to a wide range of age-appropriate equipment, allowing participants to safely and effectively perform various weightlifting exercises under professional guidance. Participants will not only learn proper weightlifting techniques but also receive instruction on injury prevention and weight room etiquette to ensure a safe and supportive training environment. 2. Functional Training on the Event Lawn: In addition to the weight room, we utilize the event lawn to conduct functional training sessions that incorporate bodyweight exercises, agility drills, and cardiovascular activities. These exercises mimic real-life movements, improving athletic performance and functional fitness. 3. Team Building and Support: Participants will have the opportunity to train alongside their peers, creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere. Team-building exercises and friendly competitions will encourage a sense of community and foster lasting friendships. Note: Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable athletic clothing, and appropriate footwear for indoor and outdoor activities. Price: $45 per child, per class.  Age Policy: Teen Classes (Ages 13 through 18) Cancellation Policy Notice: Any cancellation made within 6 hours of the class start time on more than two occasions will result in a $25 fee.

CARDIO SCULPT MONDAYS at 9am Cardio Sculpt is a fun, fast-paced fitness class that combines cardio exercises with muscle sculpting exercises, including the use of weights and barbells. These fitness classes are designed to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles simultaneously, and usually, consist of several different exercise formats during each – which means there is never a dull moment! HIIT PILATES

HIIT Pilates focuses on large, global muscles while Pilates works mostly on the core, so when combined they work on both large and small muscle groups. This ensures a whole body focus. HIIT PIlates provides a quick and effective cardio workout, with light weights which is helpful for burning lots of calories, slowing down ageing and boosting the metabolism. This work-out ends with a stretch routine to complete this long lean muscle practice. Participation Policy: Complimentary for all members. PROGRESSION – LEVEL 2 – PILATES GROUP REFORMER CLASS

Minimum of 12 Level 1 Sessions in the last 3 months required or approval from instructor. Level 2 classes move moderately faster because of the assumption that you already know most of the exercises and transitions and know how to perform them. For the most part, you are expected to manage your equipment and change your own springs if needed. Class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady class flow. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements are introduced, along with progressions and balance and stability challenges to give you a more demanding workout. Single = $45 (Valid for 1 Month) 5 Session Package = $210 (Valid for 2 Month) 10 Session Package = $400 (Valid for 3 Months) Group Reformer Class Sign-Up: Sign-ups for the Pilates Group Reformer Classes must be done through the Griffin Club Fitness app (Wellness Living). The sign-up process follows the same procedure as Group Fitness Class and Liveball Class sign-ups. Members will be able to book classes two weeks in advance. Members must sign up for class a minimum of 1 hour before the class start time. Maximum of 4 people per class. Class Participation Policy: If there is only one participant signed up for the class within 24 hours of its scheduled time, the class will unfortunately be cancelled. The affected member will receive notification of this cancellation via email and text. Please note that a minimum of two participants is required for the class to proceed. No Show Policy: A Member that is on the class attendance list and does NOT show up to class, will be charged the full class fee. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, you will be issued a $20 fee. Class Waitlist Policy: A member on the waitlist will be promoted onto the attendance list once a member on the attendance list cancels. Members can be promoted onto the Attendance List up to 6 hours before the class start time. Billing: Your membership account will be billed for the classes attended at the end of every month. Class Participation Policy: If there is only one participant signed up for the class within 24 hours of its scheduled time, the class will unfortunately be cancelled.
