Take a sacred pause to relax and rejuvenate as the sun sets in the distance. Our sound practitioner will guide you through a grounding meditation and into a Sound Bath experience. Through soothing instruments like sound bowls, chimes, and drums to restore a state of harmony and connection to your inner self.

Doors open at 7pm. Sound Bath starts at 7:30pm – 8:30pm. Limited mats provided; bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else for a cozy vibe!
